Minnie’s favourite online tools and resources

The internet is a great source of tools - I frequently refer a client to a particular site, as a resource to support their growth. Here is a short list of some sites I love, many of which offer free tools.

Choosing Prosperity www.choosingprosperity.com
Elyse Hope Killoran is the mastermind behind this wonderful site which focuses on welcoming greater abundance into your life. There are some great free tools, including the Prosperity Game, a surprisingly effective online game where you ‘play’ at spending money freely and joyfully, gradually increasing the threshold of what you allow into your life. Be prepared to be challenged on your beliefs and attitudes around money.

Higher Awareness www.higherawareness.com
I mostly know this site through the daily inspirational quotes they send, which are invariably profound and thought-provoking. Higher Awareness offers a plethora of different online resources to help you - as their slogan puts it - ‘know yourself & grow yourself’. A great resource for those of you out there who like virtual connection and wanting to deepen your spirituality.

Abraham Hicks www.abraham-hicks.com
Jerry and Esther Hicks are the source of some beautifully simple wisdom: ‘the basis of your life is freedom; the purpose of your life is joy’. I also receive a daily email quote from this site, and love the constant reminder to be guided by one principle: to follow (i.e. do more and more of) that which feels good - because that is a sure sign that we are on the right track. Conversely, if something doesn’t feel good, the idea is to take heed and move back towards what feels good.

The Work www.thework.com
‘The Work’ is brought to us by Byron Katie, an incredibly loving being who brings us a simple and effective formula for turning our suffering on its head and seeing new perspectives. Four questions, asked in a specific way and order, transform our judgements and complaints of others into deep self-understanding and renewal. This site is a fantastic way to become familiar with ‘The Work’ and I would particularly recommend that you spend a few minutes watching a video clip or two to see Katie in action, asking the questions in all different kinds of contexts.
